This week we have a group of 7 – 4 from the USA and 3 from the UK – they all got on famously and a great time was had by all.
Day one the weather was poor in the area we had planned to walk so we switched to a coastal path – a couple of hours along a beautifully constructed woodern walkway, then into our favourite seafood restaurant on the beach in Calpe. The weather improved as the day went on so after lunch we paddled in the sea and for one brave couple – a swim! Then we dried off before walking up Calpe Rock and through the tunnel – all in all a great day
The following morning the sun is shining and the sky is blue – we are off to walk the Caballo Verde
The next day we head off to walk the El Somo ciruit – it’s a lovely day.
The next day we walk the Bernia range – it’s not as clear as the previous day but the cloud formations are very atmospheric
The final day we walk the Segaria range – great views over the rice fields
