Moderate to Strenuous Itinerary
The walking week will be of a moderate to strenuous level – with about 15k, around 6 hours and approx 850m ascent. You will need to be fit and have plenty of stamina and a good head for heights. On the Bernia day we offer 2 walks. A technical walk of 9km which includes a 150 metre free climb or a longer non-technical walk of 15k.  This Itinerary is for those who are experienced walkers.  This Itinerary is especially relevant for guests who have walked with us before and are now looking for something a little more challenging
