With a 2 week break from walking holidays we decide to put on a guided walk and 4 course lunches. The route takes us through the almond groves to Jalon and back. It is always difficult to plan when the almond blossom will be at it’s best, but usually it’s the first two weeks of Feb – however due to the cold spell and clear nights the blossom was not fully out.
That did not deter our guests – we had 32 folk each day eager to walk the beautiful countryside and sample our food
